To the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms. A master bedroom with a King Size Bed and sofa bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom, a security safe and an outdoor terrace, which overlooks the garden, swimming pool & lake. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a large double bed overlooking the local area. The third bedroom provides two single beds which also overlook the front of the villa. All the bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes for ample storage.

Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath towels and toiletries are provided as standard. To the ground floor the open plan lounge area provides seating for up to 8 guests, and a dining area which also offers seating for 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is completely separate with all the modern day appliances. The ground floor offers a WC and a separate study room with work desk, office chair and a sofa bed. The study room can be easily transformed into a fourth bedroom if required.

The fully equipped kitchen provides a great place to cook and prepare your own meals with the provision of all crockery and cutlery items.
